Breaking Down Barriers to Inclusion
Wednesday, April 19, 2017
Mudd Hall Atrium
5 to 6:30 p.m.
As the Homewood Council on Inclusive Excellence embarks on implementing diversity strategies and solutions, we would like to share with the Johns Hopkins community our council’s priorities, goals, and vision.
The event will feature a reception, a brief introduction to the HCIE, and a “power talk” by noted Johns Hopkins alum, Baltimore councilman William B. Henry II, JHU Class of ’92.
During this forum we will bring together groups, individuals, committees, departments, and units on the Homewood campus that are involved with or interested in working to improve diversity and inclusion on our campus. Our work to advance an inclusive climate is a collective effort and is enhanced by different groups working towards the same goal.
